My Must-Have Items for my Weekly Grocery List
My grocery list stays pretty similar each week with a few swaps so I don't get bored of the same things all the time. Here are the things that rarely leave my grocery list!
Lean Protein options: Chicken breast, lean ground turkey, Greek yogurt, egg whites
Fruits/Veggies: Bananas, strawberries, blueberries, salad mixes, frozen green beans, frozen broccoli
Quick/Easy meal options: Frozen grilled chicken strips, chopped salad meal kits, 90 second microwave rice, frozen veggies
My go to carb sources: Rice, pasta, tortillas, cream of rice, Rice Chex, potatoes
